New web design for FGDP (UK) Scotland
Ireckon we’ve redesigned and updated the website for the Faculty of General Dental Practice (UK) Scotland (FGDP (UK) Scotland).
FGDP (UK) Scotland is the academic home for general dental practitioners and dental care professionals in Scotland, whose aim is to improve the standard of care delivered to patients through standard setting and accreditation, training, education and research.
FGDP (UK) Scotland was in need of a makeover of their existing site as they felt the site was outdated and looking tired. Being an organization with divisions throughout the UK, the new site needed to identify itself as the Scottish wing of the organization. Ireckon we were able to design FGDP (UK) Scotland a new website that utilized the colours and elements of its Scottish origins.
Incorporating ireckon’s Mini Content Management System, the new website is now easy to update by FGDP (UK) Scotland’s staff. News articles, upcoming events, and features can all be updated using Mini CMS. Members are able to book a place at upcoming events, advertised on the website using flash animation and being able to be updated by staff, using the online booking form. The new site is now easy to navigate and provides members with a wealth of information.
